Theme: Experience fresh pasta or piadina from Romagna
Duration: approximately 3-4 hours
Up to a maximum of 26 people

Fresh pasta or Piadina Romagnola course, split into two teams and in pairs at the workstations. Teamwork is fundamental both at work and in the kitchen, where each individual’s contribution is necessary in order to achieve the goal set. In the kitchen, everyone's accuracy becomes useful in order to make the dough step by step. Starting with flour and eggs, the pair prepares the dough and lets it rest, then one teammate rolls it out and lastly together they make different pasta shapes. Should clients so wish, the pasta prepared can be taken into the restaurant to savour with a local sauce and the activity completed with a business lunch or dinner.

Additional options (compulsory for groups of >26 people)

  • Presentation by a nutritionist about educating the palate
  • Presentation by a sommelier complete with tasting of local wines
  • Presentation by a gastronome with tasting of local products

A welcome coffee, aperitif or a light lunch for a work break can also be organised on request
