Festa Artusiana
“The hypocritical world doesn't want to give importance to eating, but there are no people who doesn’t set the table to celebrate eating as best as possible” Pellegrino Artusi
The City of Forlimpopoli, in honor of Pellegrino Artusi, gives a prize every year to a person who, regardless of merit, has distinguished himself for the original contribution given to the reflection on the relationship between man and food.
